MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued to experience choppy trading today, closing at 1,699.13 points. The market saw significant volatility in the latter half of the afternoon session, a typical occurrence on derivatives expiration days. Market breadth skewed heavily negative with 17 out of 18 sectors declining; the Oil & Gas and Chemicals sectors led the downturn. Regarding foreign transactions, foreign investors maintained a net selling position across all three exchanges (HSX, HNX, and UPCOM). Given the absence of a clear trend and the lack of overall market consensus, investors are advised to maintain a cautious trading stance.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -983.90 billion on HOSE, including FPT (VND -236.52 billion), VIC (VND -226.38 billion), BSR (VND -144.13 billion), FUEVFVND (VND -79.27 billion), PLX (VND -78.07 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -27.30 billion.
