BSC Brief | 27.03: The VN-Index continued its recovery

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued its upward momentum, gaining more than 28 points today to close at 1,672.80. Market breadth was strongly positive, with all 18 sectors advancing. The Chemicals sector led the gains, followed by Retail and Insurance. Regarding foreign trading activity, foreign investors were net sellers on the HSX, while posting net buying on the HNX and UPCoM. Despite cautious market sentiment, the VN-Index has temporarily broken above the 1,645–1,660 resistance zone. In the coming sessions, the index may continue advancing toward the 1,700–1,725 range, accompanied by potential volatility.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -148.80 billion on HOSE, including STB (VND -270.41 billion), DGC (VND -110.80 billion), FPT (VND -84.46 billion), NVL (VND -74.33 billion), BID (VND -38.45 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 51.76 billion.
