MARKET OUTLOOK
After fluctuating within the 1,665–1,690 range, the VN-Index closed at 1,677.54, up nearly 3 points from the previous session. Market breadth was relatively balanced, with 8 out of 18 sectors advancing, led by Financial Services, while Personal & Household Goods recorded the steepest decline. Regarding foreign flows, net selling was observed on the HSX, while net buying occurred on the HNX and UPCOM. The VN-Index is simultaneously testing both the SMA20 and SMA200. The near-term outlook remains uncertain amid declining liquidity, and investors are advised to trade cautiously until a clearer trend emerges.
