MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index gained nearly 23 points today, closing at 1,875.84 points. Market breadth remained negative, with 11 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Oil & Gas, followed by Utilities. On the other hand, the Real Estate sector surged more than 5%, followed by Retail. Regarding foreign flows, investors recorded net selling across all three exchanges—HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. Although capital flows have begun to spread to other sectors, the market remains largely dependent on a specific group of stocks and lacks broad consensus. Investors are advised to maintain a cautious trading stance.

• The matched trade value of VN-Index reached VND 18,057 billion, increased 4.01% compared to the previous session. The total transaction value reached VND 19,445 billion.
• The trading range is 38.71 points. The market had 107 gainers, 52 remaining unchanged, 210 losers.
• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -533.16 billion on HOSE, including FPT (VND -285.78 billion), VHM (VND -169.08 billion), SHB (VND -81.05 billion), VPB (VND -64.86 billion), ACB (VND -57.86 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 837.51 billion.
