BSC Brief | 28.05: Bottom-fishing demand is expected to emerge around the 1,855 level

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued to decline by nearly 11 points today, closing at 1,863.67 points. Market breadth tilted negative, with 15 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Industrial Goods & Services, followed by Retail and Banking. On the other hand, the Real Estate and Oil & Gas sectors posted positive performances. Regarding foreign flows, investors recorded net selling on HSX and UPCOM, while net buying was observed on HNX. The market is approaching the support zone around 1,855 (corresponding to the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement level), where bottom-fishing demand is expected to provide support.

• The trading range is 25.41 points. The market had 89 gainers, 62 remaining unchanged, 217 losers.
• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -586.64 billion on HOSE, including HDB (VND -119.26 billion), FPT (VND -72.41 billion), SHB (VND -66.88 billion), TCB (VND -34.89 billion), VHM (VND -34.19 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 36.31 billion.
