MARKET OUTLOOK
After fluctuating within the 1,788–1,814 range throughout the session, the VN-Index closed at 1,791.65 points, down nearly 7 points from the previous day. Market breadth tilted negative, with 13 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Insurance. On the other hand, the Utilities sector posted a positive performance. Regarding foreign flows, investors recorded net selling on HSX and UPCOM, while modest net buying was observed on HNX. The market's rebound attempt was capped by selling pressure today, and the ongoing consolidation around the 1,800 level has yet to show signs of ending.
