BSC Brief | 19.06: The VN-Index is seeking a new equilibrium following its recent strong rally

MARKET OUTLOOK
After a volatile trading session, the VN-Index closed at 1,824.53 points, down nearly 6 points from the previous day. Market breadth tilted negative, with 15 out of 18 sectors declining, led by Media, followed by Oil & Gas and Industrial Goods & Services. Regarding foreign flows, investors recorded net selling on HSX, while net buying was observed on the other two exchanges. The market's negative reaction around the MA20 suggests that the possibility of a pullback to fill the previous upside gap remains in play. Investors are advised to maintain a cautious stance during this period.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -1625.29 billion on HOSE, including VHM (VND -817.74 billion), FPT (VND -481.74 billion), STB (VND -180.66 billion), TCB (VND -128.54 billion), VPB (VND -65.89 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 1.89 billion.
