MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fluctuated within the 1,862–1,887 range and closed at 1,869.04 points, up more than 11 points from the previous session. Market breadth leaned negative, with 14 out of 18 sectors declining. Oil & Gas led the losses, followed by Chemicals, Utilities, and other sectors. In contrast, Media, Real Estate, Banking, and Information Technology posted positive trading sessions. Regarding foreign investor activity, foreign investors recorded net buying on HSX and UPCOM, while net selling on HNX. The VN-Index needs stronger cash-flow consensus to retest the previous resistance level around 1,900 points.
