MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fell by nearly 44 points today and closed at 1,743.51 points. Market breadth skewed negative, with all 18 out of 18 sectors declining. Basic resources led the losses, followed by chemicals and industrial goods & services. Regarding foreign trading, foreign investors recorded net selling across all three exchanges: HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. The market showed weakening sentiment after a period of choppy declines. Investors should continue to maintain a cautious trading stance.

• Foreign investors' net selling value: VND -45.94 billion on HOSE, including VCB (VND -148.77 billion), STB (VND -68.01 billion), VPB (VND -64.51 billion), MBB (VND -42.65 billion), HPG (VND -34.38 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -40.07 billion.
