BSC Brief | 30.07: The VN-Index continued its recovery.

MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index continued its recovery, rising by nearly 40 points today and closing at 1,744.66 points. Market breadth skewed positive, with all 18 out of 18 sectors advancing. Retail, financial services, and industrial goods & services all gained more than 4%. Regarding foreign trading, foreign investors recorded net buying on HSX and UPCOM, while posting net selling on HNX. Market sentiment improved only modestly; however, over the next one to two sessions, the VN-Index may rise toward the previous resistance level of 1,760 points, equivalent to the Fibonacci 0.5 level.

• Foreign investors' net buying value: VND 678.70 billion on HOSE, including VIC (VND 194.54 billion), VNM (VND 157.87 billion), MSN (VND 105.21 billion), FPT (VND 76.21 billion), MCH (VND 75.87 billion). Foreign investors were net sellers on HNX with the value of VND -13.62 billion.
