BSC Brief | 31.07: Recovery rally loses momentum

MARKET OUTLOOK
After trading within the 1,730–1,765 range for most of the session, the VN-Index declined by nearly 9 points from the previous session to close at 1,735.78. Market breadth turned negative, with 11 out of 18 sectors closing lower, led by the Personal & Household Goods sector, which fell by more than 2%. Foreign investors were net sellers across all three exchanges, including HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. The market's three-session recovery rally lost momentum today. The short-term trend remains unclear, and investors are advised to maintain a cautious trading stance.
