Detailed report

MARKET OUTLOOK
Buying demand returned in the afternoon session, helping VN-Index gain more than 15 points and close at 1,753.20 (+0.89%). Market breadth remained balanced, with 9 out of 18 sectors advancing. Real Estate led the gains, followed by Basic Resources and Industrial Goods & Services. On the other hand, Personal & Household Goods posted the sharpest decline. Regarding foreign trading, foreign investors were net sellers across all three exchanges, including HSX, HNX, and UPCoM. VN-Index formed a bullish candle after rebounding from the lower Bollinger Band at 1,739.89. However, trading liquidity declined below the 20-session average, reflecting cautious investor sentiment and suggesting that today’s advance was mainly a technical rebound. In the coming sessions, the index may continue to fluctuate and consolidate within the 1,740–1,775 range to reassess buying demand before approaching the MA10/MA50 resistance zone.
