BSC Brief | 15.10: VN-Index falls below 1,700, with recovery signals remaining unclear

MARKET OUTLOOK
VN-Index continued to trade lower in a choppy session today, losing more than 6 points to close at 1,698.35. Market breadth was relatively balanced, with 10 of 18 sectors declining. Insurance and Oil & Gas posted the steepest losses, falling by around 5%. In contrast, Financial Services, Information Technology, and Construction & Materials recorded positive performances. Foreign investors were net sellers across all three exchanges, including HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. VN-Index has repeatedly broken below key support levels and has now fallen below the 1,700 mark. The RSI has entered oversold territory; however, overall market momentum remains weak and has yet to show a clear recovery signal. Investors should continue to trade cautiously.
