MARKET OUTLOOK
The VN-Index fluctuated within the 1,838–1,850 range before closing at 1,840.70 points, down 13 points from yesterday. Market breadth skewed negative, with 16 out of 18 sectors declining, of which industrial goods & services and personal & household goods fell by more than 2%. On the upside, oil & gas continued to post the strongest gain, followed by utilities. Regarding foreign trading, foreign investors recorded net selling across all three exchanges: HSX, HNX, and UPCOM. The market is still searching for an equilibrium point, while the trend remains unclear. Investors should trade cautiously.
