Detailed report

Market outlook
Recovering from the slight decrease at the end of the previous session, VN-Index gained positively when the purchasing power concentrated in blue-chips like GAS, VCB, SAB in the morning. Similar to yesterday, the strong differentiation in Banking stocks as well as increasing selling pressure in PLX and HPG pushed the index back below the reference level. The matched liquidity continued to decline slightly. In general, investor sentiment continues to be affected by the unclear signals of US-China negotiations today. In addition, the market is partly influenced by Moody's consideration of adjusting Vietnam's credit rating due to institutional shortcomings, reflected in particular by the postponement of payment of a debt..

Future contracts: All Future contracts dropped following the overall trend of today's session. Investors should prioritize selling and buying back with target price around 860 points for all contracts.
Covered warrants: In the trading session on October 10, 2019, only 3/20 covered warrants gained, while the underlying stock, only VRE closed above the reference price. Trading volume increased.
