MARKET OUTLOOK
VN-Index gained exactly 10 points in the final trading session of the Lunar New Year. Market breadth was positive, with 14 out of 18 sectors advancing. Industrial Goods & Services led the gains, followed by Financial Services. Regarding foreign trading activity, foreign investors were net buyers on HSX and HNX, while net sellers on UPCOM. The current recovery requires stronger broad-based market participation after the Lunar New Year holiday.

• Foreign investors' net buying value: VND 192.62 billion on HOSE, including KDH (VND 220.10 billion), VIC (VND 189.22 billion), DGC (VND 186.55 billion), STB (VND 135.68 billion), HDB (VND 120.01 billion). Foreign investors were net buyers on HNX with the value of VND 29.29 billion.
