Market outlook VN-Index decreased by nearly 23 points today and closed at 1,193.01 points. Market breadth tilted to the negative side with 17/18 sectors decreasing, of which the Chemical led the decline, followed by Financial Services, Oil and Gas,... Regarding foreign investors, today they were net sellers on both HSX and HNX. Today session had weak liquidity. In the coming sessions, the market's movements depend on the bottom-fishing force at 1,190 threshold. Investors should trade carefully.
