According to the regulations of State Securities Commission (“SSC”), BSC manage separately (money and securities) ordinary account and margin account of the Customer according on the principle that each account includes many different sub-accounts.

Depending on demand, the Customer can open one of the following types of sub-accounts:

1. Normal sub-account:

ü   A type of ordinary sub-account which does not us BSC’s loan when trading

2. Margin sub-account:

ü  A type of ordinary sub-account that allows the Customer to borrow money to trade.
