1. Transfer money from the counter

The Customer can transfer any transaction at any transaction office or Support Units of BSC across the country.

Instruction

ü  Step 1: The Customer fills out a Transfer Request Form under the guidance of BSC’s teller. Then, the Form will be handled to BSC’s teller with a valid ID or passport. The information such as full name and signature on the ID must match the registration information when opening an account at BSC.

ü  Step 2: BSC’s teller will check the information of the Customer and the balance transferred from the account. If everything is valid, the teller will sign and return 01 transfer ticket to the Customer.

2. Transfer money via telephone:

The Customer uses the registered phone number to call BSC’s switchboard to carry out the transaction.

Note: the transfer limit shall not exceed VND 3 billion each time.

3. Transfer money online

Customers can transfer money through one of following trading channel:

ü   WebTrader software.

ü  MobileTrader software.

Instruction:

ü  Select “Utilities” on the toolbar;

ü  Select “Money transfer”;

ü  Sender: Go to "Sub-account number" - the Customer chooses debit account

ü  Receiver: Go to “Credit Account” – the Customer chooses the credit account (the sub-account number is automatically generated for all the sub-account on the same account for the Customer to choose when he/she wants to transfer money).

Note:

ü  When the Customer transfer the money, he/she must use valid ID in accordance with the regulations of laws (the expiry date: within 15 years from the date of issue)

ü  The Customer can only transfer to the account registered with BSC as stated in the "Online User Registration Form” or “Change of Securities Account Information Request”

ü   BSC does not transfer money between the accounts of the investors.
