Introduction

HiPT Group Joint Stock Company provides information technology solutions in Vietnam. The company offers systems integration services, including consultation, customization, implementation, and after sales services. It also provides solutions and services in information communication technology field comprising electric solutions; infrastructural solution for multi-level and multi-layer security; smart building solution; solution for server system running Unix operating system, applying database management systems, and complicate applications; solution for backup system and centralized recovery; HiPortal, a gateway solution; and solution for management of solving administration procedure. The company’s solutions and services in information communication technology field also include HiOnegate, an online public services solution; general solution for database centers; optimizing services of database and network systems; HiReport, a reporting information system for organizations and enterprises; HiStatistics, a statistics information system; HiPop, a population management system; HiProject, an investment project management system; and servers, storage systems, and related equipment for use in banking, finance, insurance securities sectors, etc. In addition, it supplies and distributes information technology hardware equipment, as well as provides warranty and maintenance services; and researches, designs, produces, and distributes mobile telecommunication terminal equipment under the Hi-mobile brand. Further, the company provides training courses and technology transfer services. Additionally, it develops and offers Hibank, an online banking solution; statistical reporting system; and cbGateway, a software product that supports the reporting collection of credit institutions. HiPT Group Joint Stock Company was founded in 1994 and is headquartered in Hanoi, Vietnam.

HIPT Group Joint Stock Company was previously known as High-Performance Technology Company Limited ( or HIPT in short), which was established on Jun 18, 1994.
In 1998, HIPT became the Corporation Reseller of Huyndai Corporation.
On Feb 29, 2000, High-Performance Technology Company Limited wad converted to a joint stock company. It charter capital was adjusted from the initial sum of VND 500 million to VND 5,12 billion.
In 2002, construction of Ha Noi E-commerce and Software Center (HANESC) begun with total investment of approximately VND 40 billion. By 2004, the building (now known as HIPT building) was put into operation. Also in 2002, HIPT became the Solution Provider of Oracle and the Select Partner of RSA Security.
In 2004, HIPT IT Solutions and Consulting Company Limited was established. Also HIPT restructured towards the model of a corporation.
In 2005, HIPT Banking and Financial Solution Company Limited, HIPT Commerce and IT Services Company Limited were established. HIPT became the Selected Certified Partner of Cisco, the Gold Partner of Checkpoint, the Exclusive Partner of ATEX and also the Distributor of BEA.
In 2006, the company was renamed to HIPT Group Joint Sock Company and officially operated according to the model of the Group, with HIPT as the parent company. Also in the same year, its Ho Chi Minh Branch and HIPT Investment Services Joint Stock Company were established. HIPT became the Business Partner - Corporate Reseller and Solution Provider of SUN.
In 2007,. HiShop Retail Center, HIPT Research and Development Center were set up. HIPT contributed capital with Marubeni Company from Japan ro establish HiMC IT Solutions Company Limited.
On Jun 24, 2009, the company’s shares were officially listed on UpCom.
On Mar 20, 2014, its charter capital was adjusted to VND 225.590.300.000.
