Transaction Detail

- On the left side of the screen (general information about account, in this section market price is used to calculate securities amount)
1. Cash:
- Demand deposit: is the cash outstanding balance on sub-account at BSC;
- Time deposit: is the total balance of the time deposit on sub-account at BSC;
- Waiting to receive cash: is the cash from selling securities waiting to receive on sub-account;
- Unpaid deposit interest: is the accumulated interest of demand deposits of the sub-account. At the end of the month, system will automatically convert into cash.
2. Securities:
- Marginable securities: is the total value of securities on investor's sub-account which are included in BSC list of marginable securities, calculated at market price.
- Non-marginable securities: is the total value of securities on investor's sub-account which are not included in BSC list of marginable securities, calculated at market price.
- Pledged securities: is the total value of securities on investor's sub-account which have been pledged.
3. Liabilities:
- Margin debt: is the total debt of the margin sub-account;
- Underwriting debt: is the total underwritting debt arises from lack of payment on investor's account;
- Advance payment: is the total advance payment loans on investor's sub-account;
- Pledged debt: is the total mortgaged debts on investor's sub-account;
- Depository fee debt: is the total debt of depository fee on investor's sub-account;
4. Equity: is the total margin trading assets amount minus total margin loans
-On the right side of the screen (information related to monitoring the account's margin ratio, the value of securities is calculated according to the reference price at the beginning of the day)
5. Initial margin requirements: is the total value that BSC requires investors to deposit according to the regulation on margin ratio of each stocks.
6. Current margin: is the total value of marginable securites minus the total margin loans
7. Excess initial margin: is the difference between initial margin requirements and margin equity
8. Margin ratio: is the ratio between equity and total marginable value at market price.
Money at bank: applicable to the case where investor's account is linked with the account at BIDV.
